Conditions of Rental

Drivers must be at least 18 years old and must have at least 12 months of driving experience.
Any loss or damage of helmets, baby seats, boosters, tires, or vehicle keys must be paid by the renter.
The minimum rental period is 1 day.
All fees are subject to 24% VAT.
Fuel is paid by the renter.
All traffic fines are charged to the renter.
The maximum authorized speed is 50 km/h.
No. The deposit for any rental is non-refundable.

Conditions of Use

The renter must check and maintain the vehicle’s mechanical condition, such as oil, water, and tire pressure.
Repairs by the renter or third parties are not allowed.

The vehicle must not be used:

  • To carry persons or goods for hire
  • To tow trailers or other objects
  • In races, tests, or rallies
  • For subleasing to another person
  • Under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication
  • In violation of traffic or customs regulations
  • By unauthorized drivers
  • To carry heavy luggage, flammable materials, or illegal substances

Insurance

All authorized drivers are covered for liability to third parties regarding injury or damage caused during the rental.
Yes. Both drivers and passengers are insured in case of an accident.
Theft Protection covers damage resulting from illegal theft-related incidents involving the vehicle.
